State tobacco-related legislative bills that have been introduced in the past week are listed below alphabetically by state:

New Hampshire: House Bill 1410 (LSR 2208) prohibits the use of flavors and certain chemicals in vaping products (excludes menthol). House Bill 1477 (LSR 2613) increases the tax on cigarettes and little cigars from $1.78 to $1.90 per pack of twenty.

New York: Assembly Bill 8808 prohibits the sale or distribution of flavored tobacco products and vapor products. Assembly Bill 8746 increases the tax on vapor products from 20% to 41% of the retail price.
