Hawaii: On July 12, 2022, the Governor vetoed House Bill 1570, which would have banned the sale of flavored tobacco products except those having received a marketing order from the FDA.
New Hampshire: House Bill 591, which establishes retail tobacco license fees—including for e-cigarettes: Fee amounts: $216 (one register); $408 (2-3 registers); $648 (4 or more registers)—alcoholic beverage licensees may apply for a retail tobacco license for an additional annual fee of $6.00 per location, was signed by the Governor on July 1, 2022.
