Missouri: The following bills were pre-filed on December 1, 2020: House Bill 266 removes state preemption on local tobacco taxes allowing local jurisdictions to vote on potential taxes to be levied on tobacco products. Senate Bill 124 includes vape and e-cigarettes in the Clean Indoor Air Act and raise the age to purchase to 21 along with other modifications.
