Missouri: HB 1484 (2024 session prefile) establishes age 21 for the purchase of all tobacco products and preempts local governments from setting a higher age for the purchase of such products; provides that no political subdivision shall deny a license to a qualified applicant for a tobacco products license if the new license is for the same location that had a license within the previous 24 months. SB 911 (2024 session prefile) preempts localities from regulating the sale of all tobacco products.
