Michigan: Senate Bill 1109 prohibits any person from selling a vapor product that has a heating element unless the heating element is made of or encased in 1 or both of the following: (a) Glass (b) Ceramic. This bill has been referred to the Senate Regulatory Reform Committee.

New Jersey: Assembly Bill 4429 requires manufacturers, wholesale dealers, distributors and retail dealers of vapor products to be licensed per location.
