New Jersey: Assembly Bill 5795 prohibits the sale of menthol cigarettes.

Rhode Island: Senate Bill 920 regulates the manufacture, distribution and retail sale of vapor products; sets forth labeling, marketing and record keeping requirements for manufacturers, distributors and retailers of vapor products.

Wisconsin: Senate Bill 355 raises the age for purchasing cigarettes, tobacco products, or nicotine products from 18 to 21. The bill was sent to the committee on Judiciary and Public Safety.
