State tobacco-related legislative bills that have been acted on by a state legislative committee or state legislature are listed below alphabetically by state:

California: Senate Bill 793, which, as amended, prohibits the sale of all flavored tobacco products and flavored tobacco product enhancers, excepting shisha sales in hookah tobacco retailers, premium cigars of $12 or more sold and consumed in cigar bars and loose-leaf tobacco, passed the Assembly Health Committee on August 4, 2020 and was further amended on August 10, 2020.

Nebraska: Legislative Bill 1064, which increases the legal age to purchase and use tobacco and vapor products from 19 to 21 years of age, moved to the Governor on August 12, 2020.
