Kentucky: The new excise tax on e-cigarettes included in House Bill 351 goes into effect on August 1, 2020; the bill taxes closed systems at $1.50 per cartridge and open systems at 15% of the total purchase price as invoiced by the retail distributor’s supplier

Nebraska: Legislative Bill 1064, which increases the legal age to purchase and use tobacco and vapor products from 19 to 21 years of age, was placed on select file on July 27, 2020.
