Massachusetts: House Bill 4183, which would prohibit the sale of menthol cigarettes, flavored smokeless tobacco products, flavored cigars, pipe tobacco, and flavored vapor products (except in smoking bars), while also imposing a new 75% tax on nicotine vapor products, was passed by the Massachusetts House of Representatives on November 13, 2019 by a vote of 126-31. The Massachusetts Senate is scheduled to consider House Bill 4183 on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
