U.S. Senate Amendment 3547: Senator Richard Blumenthal submitted Senate Amendment 3547 on April 7, 2016. SA3547 prohibits electronic cigarettes from being carried on all commercial airlines. Electronic cigarettes are already prohibited from being packed in checked baggage.
