Kansas: Senate Bill 518 adds electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco and roll-your-own tobacco to licensing requirements for retail establishments. SB518 also includes provisions that allow the State's Director of Taxation to refuse to issue or renew a cigarette or tobacco products retail license.
