Legislative Action on State Tobacco Bills
January 10, 2017

The following is a summary of recent action that has taken place on tobacco-related bills pending in state legislatures:

New Hampshire: House Bill 112, which requires child-resistant packaging for electronic cigarette cartridges, is scheduled for a hearing in the House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee on January 11, 2017. House Bill 242, which amends the definition of e-cigarette to mean any electronic smoking device that may or may not include nicotine and defines e-cigarettes as a tobacco product, will be heard in the House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee on January 11, 2017.
