Idaho: House Bill 199 imposes the OTP Tax of 40% of the wholesale price on vapor products. HB199 has been referred to the House Revenue and Taxation Committee.

Iowa: Senate File 429 prohibits the sale of flavored vapor products, including menthol.

Minnesota: House File 2177 prohibits the sale of flavored products, including menthol.

Missouri: Senate Bill 522 provides the state's laws shall preempt any local laws, ordinances, orders, rules, or regulations enacted by a county, municipality, or other political subdivision of the state regulating the sale of tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products.

Wisconsin: Assembly Bill 43 and Senate Bill 70 (Executive Budget bills) include language to tax vapor products at the OTP rate of 71% of the manufacturer’s list price.
