Iowa: Senate File 429 prohibits the sale of flavored vapor products, including menthol.
Minnesota: House File 2177 prohibits the sale of flavored products, including menthol.
Missouri: Senate Bill 522 provides the state's laws shall preempt any local laws, ordinances, orders, rules, or regulations enacted by a county, municipality, or other political subdivision of the state regulating the sale of tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products.
