State tobacco-related legislative bills that have been introduced are listed below alphabetically by state:

Connecticut: House Bill 5293 prohibits the self-service display of vapor products in any retail establishment.

Illinois: House Bill 3877, which was recently amended, now provides for the regulation of vapor product retailers.

Kansas: House Bill 2768 increases the tax on cigarettes by $1.50 per pack.

New Jersey: Senate Bill 2083 prohibits the sale of flavored cigars. Senate Bill 1949 requires licensure for manufacturers, distributors, wholesale dealers, and retail dealers of electronic smoking devices and related products.
